This service is provided free (for personal, non-commercial use) to maritime personnel ashore or afloat, graduates with a relevant degree and people considering a career at sea. Companies are charged a highly competitive rate to advertise jobs and use the other recruitment tools on offer.
The aim of this service is to:

Provide a dynamic advertising medium, capable of reflecting the current availability of jobs in the maritime industry more accurately and the means to notify relevant jobseekers automatically.

Create networks between companies and jobseekers with matching requirements by providing both parties with the tools and resources to achieve this.
We do not act as agents for anyone that uses this service. This operates on the same basis as any recruitment campaigns conducted via newspapers or other forms of classified advertising and it is for you to determine how you proceed in respect of one another.
For companies that require it, we offer screening of incoming applications and authentication of applicants short-listed for interview/employment, by separate agreement.
For the protection of job seekers, all companies are fully authenticated before access to the site is permitted. Links to on-line resources are also provided to ensure that applicants can conduct checks on companies and make an informed decision before entering into any contractual agreements.
